For those interested in classes, here is the current schedule:
—Grounding and Bonding(PDU) Oct. 15, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
—CPR/First Aid Oct. 22, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
—Voice/Data/Video, Basic Cabling Oct. 29, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.
—Code Calculations/Theory(PDU) Nov. 19, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
All classes marked (PDU) will satisfy continuing education requirements for your license renewal.
OSHA 30, to be determined. Post here to suggest the best way to break up the 30 required hours. We could do back to back Friday/Saturday weekends, every Saturday for a month or a couple of hours in the evening for 2 – 3 weeks. We need at least 8 – 10 people to put this class on.
Small Wind Generators, this class is a combination of hands-on/classroom time on how to install and service small wind turbines (up to 30′ tall). If we can get 10 people to commit to this, we may be able to hold the entire class in Grand Junction, otherwise the hands-on will be in Denver.
