Apprenticeship Director Position
The Western Colorado Electrical JATC is looking for an Apprenticeship Director. The Apprenticeship is one of the most vital roles in a Local Union. We are looking for someone who wants to be a leader in their industry, and help sculpt the future generation of apprentices. The director position is a very challenging job, but rewarding.
Apprenticeship Director Job Purpose
The Apprenticeship Director, in coordination with the Apprenticeship Training Committee, facilitates the training of all members that hold an Inside Agreement classification, and will be the lead administrator for all Staff, Students and Instructors. Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to; management of facility use and maintenance, budget preparation and management, strategic planning and overall administration of the program.

- Organization
- Scheduling
- Managing of Instructors
- Managing of Apprentices
- Record keeping
- Instructing
- Ability to get Masters Electricians Licence if requested.
Apprenticeship Director Pay and Benefits
- Salary – $45,000 – $65,000 DOE
- Pension
- Annuity
- Health – Employer Covered for Family Plan.
- 2 weeks PTO
